Single Straps Are Here To Stay

I have long been a fan of the single strap stiletto. It is so simple and sexy, I also love that this shoe doesn’t have a platform. They have been worn by basically every celebrity you can think of and Stuart Weitzman’s “nudist” heel has become the IT shoe to have.

This understated stiletto has been worn all over the red carpet by Solange, Blake Lively, Zoe Saldana, and many more … you can see above why so many celebs love it because it is simple and sexy. They go so well with many outfits and the shoe comes in every color you could think of, although nude is my personal favorite.

In People Magazine, they note that there have been 50,000 pairs sold so far, with 21 color options giving you 4.5in of extra height! Although many celebrities wear them, they are a somewhat affordable designer shoe that will be on trend for some time to come.

I can’t wait to get my feet in a pair of these and wear them till my toes freeze!!

  1. Its very rare that I love a trend so much I don’t want it to go.
And this is one of them, I LOVEEEE the strappy sandal heel, so chic and sexy.
I love wearing a nude pair with a white blazer and ripped jeans when going for drinks with girlfriends or a date night with my other half.

    Brilliant post.

  2. Hi Marianna! I received my Stuart weitzman “nudie” sandals in the mail today and at 4″ inches I need some tips and tricks for foot boogers (yes we all get them ladies and gents) and corn/blister/buyion prevention. You are so gracious to share your other beauty secrets so I have to know what the fashionista’s do to survive in these stylish heels all day. I know Lily Ghalichi has mentioned she gets them custom fitted but is there any products you use to keep feet in top top shape after or before wearing heels? I don’t know how I will survive a night in Vegas in these shoes but they are amazing!
Much appreciated! . Xoxo- Angelina from Bay Area, California.

  3. Ugh I get so depressed whenever I see high heels. My neighbor ran over my foot when I was about 5 or 6 and when it happened it didn’t hurt so I never told my mom about it and it turns out she fractured some of my ligaments and as a result of not saying anything, my foot healed incorrectly and I cannot wear heels. Looking into corrective surgery but seriously I feel de womanized not being able to wear heels.
