There are a few places that I love in the world that I keep coming back to and Miami is one of them. I’ll take any excuse to take my talents to South Beach and this time it was for tennis. I spent a beautiful weekend there with Lacoste at the Miami Tennis Open, taking lessons from a pro and enjoying the warm temperature.
Summer is coming and like it or not, many of us are starting diets and workouts to be bikini ready. But incorporating workouts into an already packed schedule can be hard to do. One simple way to add in light cardio and toning into your daily routine is to take the stairs. This could be at work instead of an elevator, at the mall and skip the escalator or even if you don’t have time to go to the gym walk up and down any stairs you can find and best part is … its free!
Who really has time to make breakfast in the morning? Even when I have the time, I can’t be bothered to do dishes so I like to keep my morning routine to a minimum, especially if I haven’t had my coffee yet. I would say at least five mornings out of the week, I make this smoothie for breakfast that is healthy, yummy, filling and most of all … easy peasy!
You are what you eat which means you also are what you drink. One of my personal goals for skincare has been to drink more water. But honestly, it is kind of difficult for me. I try to make it taste better any way that I can, because I am well aware of all the benefits it has for your skin and health.
