Parisian Sunsets

Paris + a sunset + my family … What could be a better ending to this perfect day?

Coincidentally, my Dad and his wife are also in Paris so we got together for dinner. After dinner with my Dad, I met up with my Mom and Aunt, who resides in Paris.

After dropping off my Aunt, my Mom and I wandered aimlessly chasing the sunset till we accidentally ended up at the Pont de l’Archevêché aka the “Love Lock Bridge”. (Lucky for me and my photos!)

It was my first time there and I actually had read an article earlier that day that part of the bridge collapsed from the weight of all the locks. The part that fell off was replaced with wood and had writing all over it sorry didn’t take any pictures of that part! But the rest of the bridge is still okay, so if you have dreams of coming here don’t worry it is still around.

And no, I didn’t put up a lock … I’ll wait for the right time for that.

Below are some photos I took of the beautiful sunset while walking off the roasted duck I had for dinner.

Today was incroyable.

  1. What camera did you use to take these pics and what setting did you use on the camera. The pics are so gorgeous

    • Hey I’m using a canon t5i, I shoot my photos in manual and adjust the speed, aperture and ISO based on the situation. So no setting. Also I don’t use flash and I don’t day photos mid-day. Xo
