Pop of Color

Can you believe the Holiday season is almost here!? Luckily for us, the end of the year means tons of great parties and this makes me so happy because I  glam up my makeup a little more than usual to get #PartyPretty.

One of the easiest ways to change your look is to add a pop of color. This is perfect if you are heading out after work and don’t have time to change all of your makeup. I love a bold red lip all year long, but especially around this time of year.

I’ve partnered up with Lord & Taylor for their #partypretty campaign to share with you some of my favorite products to use to look your best every party you attend! I’m also in their November Beauty Book where you can see all of my must have items.

There are two great pops of color you can try for a #partypretty look; Yves Saint Laurent’s Rouge Volupté Shine lipstick and their Glossy Stain Collector in #9. With a bold lip, I like to keep the skin dewey and my eye makeup simple. For this look, I used YSL’s Touche Éclat as a highlighter on my cheeks and under my brow bone. I also used the Wildly Gold palette to get my eye makeup look with a gold lid and rosy pink cheeks.
