Tan Cape

While we are enjoying some beautiful Fall weather, you can embrace the cool winds and crisp air with some transitional outwear. It isn’t quite cold enough for a winter coat but a cape is the perfect item to wear to layer over your outfit.

Capes remind me of a fashionable superhero. You instantly feel so much cooler the moment you put one on over a jacket and I love that it can be worn day to night. I layered my tan cape over this look for the perfect Autumn outfit and my purchases also went to help a charity that I personally love.

One day in church, I learned about how many people in the world don’t have access to clean water. In these villages, children have to walk miles just go get water. Because of this, they don’t get to go to school or get an education because they spend all day getting a basic necessity. The hospitals are filled with people who are sick from water illnesses instead of treating people who really need the help.

After I heard about this, I raised money to help build a clean water well in Ghana, where locals can now get clean water for life and the children of the town can spend their time in school and getting an education instead of walking miles to get water all day.
