Spring is here so pastel colors and floral prints are making their way back into my wardrobe. I love the change of seasons so much for this very reason, an excuse to buy new clothes. I was shopping on Robertson, my favorite street to shop in Los Angeles, and made my way into Ted Baker where this mint green print immediately caught my eye.
AHHHHHHH!! Can you hear the excitement in my voice?! Music festival season is here once again and I am so excited to kick off with South by Southwest. I’m packing my bags and heading to Austin, Texas for the music and film festival. It is my first time attending SXSW and I can’t wait to walk around town, eat some queso, listen to some new artists and instagram every single moment.
Being bi-coastal isn’t so fun during winter weather. The good part is, I can escape to the West Coast when I have had a little too much of the cold weather. This week in New York has been cold, but not as bad as Fashion Week. It definitely puts a cramp in my style, I guess I haven’t properly learned how to manage dressing well while keeping warm. It has also put a damper on taking outfit pictures, because during rain and snow it made it hard to (want to) get outside to take pictures. From Fashion Week to Award Season, it seems like February was full of non-stop fun. After escaping the chilling temperatures of NYC, I made my way back to Los Angeles for Vanity Fair‘s Campaign Hollywood where I got to drive around the FIAT 500 1957 edition. After the craziest month of February between Award Season and Fashion Week, I was yearning for a vacation and the last thing I wanted to do was get on a plane. So I hopped in my car with my best friend and drove a short two hours from Los Angeles to San Diego for a much needed getaway.
